Customers are persons who decide which is the better brand on the market. When someone wants to buy a laptop computer, he usually makes a thorough research and finds out what people are thinking about a particular brand or laptop manufacturer.

In fact, consumer reports on laptop computers are the best answers you can ever receive to your questions when you want to buy a laptop computer. It all depends on each demand and on what do when you wants to buy a laptop . For instance, I found on a website a person`s question related to the fact that he/she didn’t know which model between Acer AS5740g-6935 and Sony Vaio VCP-EB is better.





Concerning its customer service, there are pros and cons opinions. On one side some people sustain that Acer products are cheaper and the customer service is almost absent and on the other side some customers say that Acer has a very helpful customer service and laptop computers. Concerning Sony, there are people saying that it refuses to fix up laptop computers that have guarantee. Moreover, the Sony customer services is asking for some taxes in order to do you a favor.

A problem for people who love and use laptop computers, is represented by Alienware consumer services, which don`t respond to your mails and calls. Also, there are persons that brought the same laptop to the repair shop for the same problem 4 times in a summer.

So, on the 1st place in the worst customer services top, stands HP.




There are a lot of customers that are always complaining about this brand. Someone, had written on a specialized website that first, it is hard to reach customers services on phones. Second, the problems are resolved in 3 months and they are asking you to detect the problem. They will resolve only what are you asking them to. They are strictly and their attitude is unfriendly and rude. Apple seems to have the best customer services. For instance, one customer had said that, some time ago, he need to have some internal parts changed for his Apple MacBook because it kept overheating. In 24 hours, Apple had fixed all the problems. It is very receptive to customers` problems. So, Apple obtains a white ball!


Laptop companies are spending billions, each year, in order to improve their image and public services. Plus, a company with a bad reputation concerning consumer reports obtains only a rapidly decreasing number of customers. Customers are meant to be the most important persons in a business. They decide if a company will have or won`t have the necessary success. Companies that play dirty and trick customers lose everything, even if they have the best people working there and the best products.



Anyone of us seeks support. When we have just bought a laptop computer, our main care is not to spoil it and for it not to let us down when we need it the most. But, if something worse happens with it, the competent person to solve the problem is “its mother”, the company that produced it (its manufacturer). A little advice to laptop computer manufacturers: Once involved in an activity, assume your mistakes!
