Nowadays is both cool and useful to purchase notebooks with Windows 7 already installed on them, as this operating system is great. Windows 7 had the intention to be a more focused upgrade to the Windows line, with the goal of being compatible with applications and hardware with which Windows Vista is already compatible. So, to give you a slightly idea about how good a laptop should be to manage the Windows 7 operating system requirements, below is a list of 5 laptops that have such an operating system.
Fujitsu has introduced recently five new notebooks with Windows 7 from the LifeBook series. The new models include the touch-screen versions T4310 and T4410, the ultra-thin P3010 laptop computer, the A1220 desktop alternative and the M2011 NetBook.
Both the T4310 and T4410 have 12.1 inch-touchscreen displays (1366×768 resolution), Core 2 Duo processors, 2 or 4 GB of RAM, Intel GMA 4500MHD integrated graphics, Super-Multi DVD writer, liquid proof keyboard and Digital Persona Finger Print. The price of the T4310 starts from $1.099, while the T4410 has a price tag of $1.199. Taking into account that these laptops are quite impressive in their performance, their prices are not even that big, but rather in accordance with the performance give by the laptops.

Next comes the LifeBook P3010 that has an 11.6 inch LCD screen (1366×768 resolution), an AMD Athlon Neo processor that is powered by 2 GB of RAM and a 320GB hard drive where you can stock anything you need from photos to movies, games and music. The laptop also comes with a 1.3 megapixels resolution webcam, a liquid proof keyboard and has a price tag of $549, which is kind of reasonable for such a system. Keep in mind the fact that this laptop computer comes with the Windows 7 operating system.
Already on the market, the LifeBook A1220 has a 15.6 inch LCD display and comes with a Core 2 Duo processor that is powered by some 8 GB of RAM. On the 500 GB hard drive you can store all your personal stuff. Moreover, the A1220 also comes with a DVD writer and Blu-Ray, a 2.0 megapixels resolution webcam and an ExpressCard slot. The price for this wonderful system starts from $999, and is worth every cent.

Last, but not least is the M2011 NetBook that has a price of $499. At this price you get a 10.1 inch screen (1024×600 resolution), an Atom N280 at 1.66 GHz, that runs on 1 GB of RAM (slow, but steady) and a 250 GB hard drive, that is more than enough if you purchase this NetBook to use it on a daily basis, at home or at work. As said before, the 1 GB RAM is no so much and your applications might not run as well as you’d like, but it is not that bad. But, the 6-Cell battery may last up to 4 hours, which is a very good thing if you are a traveler.

The laptops (also known as notebook computers) are really popular these days and they are preferred by many people instead of the already classic desktop computers. They have mostly the same components as any PC, and for a laptop to work, some of its components are crucial. For example the processor, the RAM memory, the hard drive, the display screen etc. And of course there also are some components that are not so important, for example the optical drive, the HDMI port, the media card reader etc…and you can use a laptop without these components with no problems. But this is just for the hardware part…when talking about software, here there are also some crucial components, and others that are not so important. And the most important software component of any computer is the operating system. Whether if you are using Windows, MAC or any other OS, you will definitely need one to be able to use your computer or laptop.
And the most popular operating system in the world is Microsoft Windows, which now has the latest version which is Windows 7. This operating system was released in 2009 and it can work on computers, laptops, netbooks, tablet PC-s and media center PC-s. Windows 7 was launched after just 3 years of the previous version, which was Windows Vista. If that operating system had many new features compared to its previous version, Windows 7 wants to be a more focused and incremental upgrade to the Windows line, with not so many new features, but with more stability and reliability. But of course it has some new features too, such as the new taskbar called Superbar.

You can’t just use Windows 7 on any kind of computer and laptop, and there are some features needed. There are 2 versions of this operating system, the 32 bit version and the 64 bit version. For the 32 bit version you need a processor of at least 1 Ghz (32 bit), at least 1 GB of RAM memory, a good graphics engine with DirectX 9 graphics processor with WDDM driver model 1.0 and at least 16 GB of available disk space. And of course you will also need a DVD drive, in order to install the operating system. For the 64 bit version most of the requirements are the same, only that you will need at least 2 GB of RAM memory and at least 20 GB of available disc space. The next version will be the Windows 8, but this one doesn’t have any release date announced yet.

So here were a few words about this new and quite good operating system, and now it is up to you to decide whether you want to use it on your laptop or PC, or if you want to stick with the older versions (Vista or XP). Since most of the new laptops today have good enough features to support Windows 7, most of them already come with a installed version of this operating system. And you can find some of the best Windows 7 laptops at the store Best Buy. This site sells many different models of laptops, and since most of them are new and quite powerful, you will find the Windows 7 on almost all of them.
