Lenovo Smartbook's show the whole world or, in the CES in Las Vegas, this smartbook being a bridge between mobile phones and netbooks. For starters I would like to explain about What does a smartbook. A smartbook is a mobile device, a combination of a smartphone (phones that offer features similar to those of a computer) and a laptop.

In a completely new category, backed by Lenovo's Smartbook Qualcomm Snapdragon processor will use a user interface created especially for this smartbook, to work mainly Widgets them online, contrary to standard operating systems like Windows 7. The new laptop, called Smartbook, will cost about $ 499 when it will launch in America in the coming months, although a representative of Lenovo said it hoped to sign soon an agreement with AT & T can provide the product at a subsidized price.

The technical details for includes the 10.1 inch diagonal screen, SD card reader and microSD. Lenovo Notebook Market

Lenovo wants to be the “new world” company that will make award winning PCs for their customers. It functions as a company which clings to the organizational structure using resources from around the world to deliver innovation all over the globe. The company develops exciting and innovative products and services to meet their customers' needs.

In terms of laptops, Lenovo is one of the main global producers and offers a wide variety of systems, at an acceptable price rate. Be certain of the fact that everything you buy from this company is high quality merchandise. The Lenovo Value Line G550L-3 laptop - First impressions after I got it out of the box were very positive ones - it has a matte finish that does not retain fingerprints, so you don’t need to brush it constantly. The Lenovo logo in the right side is also well placed but is a bit high for my tastes. The screen quality is very good, it has good angles and perfect clarity.

A thing that disappointed me a bit was the fact that the drivers are not in its package. Despite this they can be easily found on the official site for the entire range of Windows operating systems. The keyboard is a little rigid but all in all it offers a nearly perfect typing experience in terms of comfort and efficiency. Another extremely useful feature that this Lenovo laptop offers is the numeric pad, which is very useful and it is a lot narrower than normal keyboard. The major downfall of this system is, in my opinion, the speakers system. It isn’t very strong and the sound quality can be faulty at times.

Despite these small flaws that this laptop has in terms of physical state it gives you an impression of hardness. Despite that fact don’t be fooled into thinking that this laptop can withstand your weight if you decide to test its hardness by sitting on it. If we add the two years warranty, the price is more than acceptable. In terms of performances, the Lenovo Value Line G550L-3 laptop is equipped with an Intel Pentium Dual Core T4300 processor with a frequency of 2.1GHz, 3GB of RAM and a generous 320 GB hard drive.

Despite its few disadvantages and flaws, I still think that this laptop is a good buy in terms of performance. If we add the price, which is around $600 it’s safe to conclude that this is more than a reliable laptop when it comes to web browsing and even gaming. If you are looking for a better system or a more stylish one, you are free to browse but I suggest you give this system a chance and I am sure that you will not be disappointed. Happy buying!

Lenovo Laptops

Published by OnlyBestLaptops, on Jul 12 2010, in the categories: laptops, lenovo

Lenovo is a Chinese multinational computer technology corporation that manufactures and markets notebook and desktop personal computers, among other things.

Lenovo laptops have prices that vary from $480 to $1280 based on the quality of the performance and other such things. In what comes next, there will be presented a few Lenovo laptops to get an idea of how they perform and what price they have.

The Lenovo ThinkPad SL510, with its P8700 Core 2 Duo processor running at 2.53GHz is a great laptop with a price that varies from $478 to $559, based on the features you want to upgrade it with. On the 320GB hard drive you can stock everything you need from documents to music, movies and games. The good qualities of the laptop consist of its solid construction, the matte 16x9 and the flexible configurations and affordable prices. On the other hand, the bad things consist of the fact that it has a somewhat bland, boxy design and a bulky frame, except for this; it is a very good laptop computer. Moreover, the full-size tapered keyboard fits the usual bill for Lenovo-typing comfort, although it looks great, they left out the number pad, even if it could have easily have fitted in – this lack of the number pad leaves an empty space on either side of the keyboard. The multitouch touchpad is matte and is made of the same excellent material as the T400s and also has a great traction. What is new about the SL510 is that it features a 16x9 screen, on which your movies will look great.

On the second place of the presentation is the Lenovo IdeaPad U350 that features an Intel Pentium SU2700 / 1.3 GHz Ultra Low Voltage (ULV) processor and it is very stylish in design. Also as features in favour of this laptop are the loud speakers, its light weight and its affordable price. On the other hand, the bad parts refer to the underpowered ULV processor and its mediocre battery life. But leaving all this aside, if you want a great-looking thin and light laptop at a cheap price, this is an option worth taking into consideration.

They keyboard has tapered keys that have a comfortable feel but are a little softer than those on a ThinkPad and the touchpad has a tactile friction that makes multitouch easy. Regarding the screen, the IdeaPad U350's glossy 13.3-inch 16:9 LED screen has a standard resolution of 1,366x768. The price for this nice laptop varies from $569,99 to $699,99, depending on the configuration you want for it.

Another Lenovo laptop worth mentioning is the Lenovo ThinkPad T400s that comes with an Intel Core 2 Duo SP9600 / 2.53 GHz (Dual-Core) processor and a 120GB hard drive. The best features are the excellent quality and construction, the thoughtful keyboard layout and the inventive touchscreen features. The bad things in it consist of that is really expensive and its touch-screen features have limited real-world usefulness for most. But, this is a great laptop nonetheless, and you can purchase it at the price of $1,279.

You can also find notebooks on the internet, new laptops, refurbished ones or second hand if you have a low budget.

TABLET
Comparable in size and weight with ultra portables, tablets offer the ability to write by hand and navigate the menus, documents and web pages directly from the screen, using a special pen, called stylus. The most common type of sites is the convertible tablet that looks very similar to a standard laptop but has a screen that rotates 180 degrees and is then applied over the keyboard. The smaller and lighter laptops, they have a compact form and are usually for those who travel often, having always in need of their laptop. Small size  is translated also in a high price.

The laptops in this class are the only untargeted by a certain field, are the only non-specialized ( ultraportables - offers portability, desktop replacements - provides performance as any other laptop does not). Therefore, the cheapest laptops are in this category but that does not mean we can not find the category mainstream laptops at great prices.
