From what we can see from the technical details the models are pretty much the same, but there are though some differences that are making the Dell Inspiron much better. And the first main difference is at the processor, and the Intel Core i3 from the Dell model is much better than the Intel ® Pentium ® Processor from the Acer laptop. The next difference is at the RAM memory, and here the Acer model is better (the Dell laptop has 2 GB while the Acer model has 3 GB). The Acer model seems to take the lead and this is because it has a larger hard drive (the Dell has 250 GB and the Acer – 320 GB).  So by now it seems like the models are pretty much the same.
