In the business area we find the Dell Precision M6400 Covet that is a mobile workstation that aims at formidable performance needed in business. Although is a very expensive laptop (£5422 inc. VAT), it meets the needs and desires of every respectable businessman. The stylish design – the 17-inch display features a glossy coating that stretches to the edges of the machine – makes you enjoy every minute spent in front of the laptop and with the 8192MB of fast DDR3 memory – with up to 16384MB supported, is one of the fastest laptop computers. The quad-core Intel processor makes you happy, because it makes even the most demanding tasks run excellently. In what concerns the exterior, the chassis is a robust aluminum and incorporates one of the best keyboards, as it has responsive, firmly attached and almost silent keys as well as backlighting, which will make you able to perform your chores in any light conditions. Also on the chassis are four USB ports, a FireWire port that will let you transfer data at high speeds, but also ExpressCard and PC Card slots that let you add new and older peripherals. All in all, this is a near perfect system, which combines the best performance with the best screen and is worth every penny.

These are only two laptop computers with 17 inch screen, but there are many more that you can find. But these are the best in their fields, namely in business and gaming, and if you decide upon one of these two, you will not regret anything, even better; you will be pleased and happy with your acquisition.

MSI has launched a new notebook that is in the category of 17″ screen laptop computers, CR720, which uses the latest Intel (Intel HM55). Notebook uses the platform Arrandale with video card integrated. LED display is fairly large in the 17.3 inches that measures and gives an aspect ratio of 16:9. Six-cell battery is installed, the laptop weighs 3 kg and has a thickness of 3.7 cm.

Among the other specifications of MSI CR720 it include up to 4GB RAM, HDMI output up to 500 GB HDD. Also, the notebook has 802.11b/g/draft N WiFi, Bluetooth and card reader. Sound is provided through a system with two speakers and a subwoofer that is built in. It was not announced yet, the price for MSI CR720 and its availability.

HP Compaq Business Notebook nx9500, one of the 17″ screen laptop computers, can contribute to increased productivity due to the screen of 17 inches, which allows you to view a larger number of applications simultaneously, and the inclusion in the block keyboard keys. Nx9500 requires less physical space than a desktop PC and reduce the number of cables, making it ideal for small work spaces. Large size keyboard of the notebook includes block keys currently desktop keyboards, good for clients who work frequently with numbers, such as real estate agents, accountants, etc.

The screen is WXGA + particularly high, with a diagonal of 17 inches offers a clear image, due to the high-end graphics system GeForce FX Go5700 from NVIDIA. The only big announcement that people from Apple made at the last year of Macworld was about the MacBook Pro. It is, for now, the slimmest 17-inch notebook. MacBook Pro is undoubtedly a notebook  for which is difficult to find any problem.
