There are many good producers of laptops on the market, and Apple is one of the best. It is a large multinational corporation that produces consumer electronic products, computers, laptops, software and other kinds of electronic devices. Some examples of Apple products would be: the iPod, the iPhone, the Macintosh computers, the iPad, the Mac OS X operating system, the iTunes media browser, the MacBook laptop, the Logic Studio software and others. Apple was founded back in 1975, and has the headquarters in California, United States of America. But since then it expanded more and more, and today it operates in many other countries all over the world.
The actual Apple laptop found on the market is the MacBook, or simply called the Mac. There are three series of MacBooks right now, and these are: the MacBook, the MacBook Air and the MacBook Pro. And each of these series has 3 or more different models, with a different size of the screen and different technical details. You can find some of the best Mac laptop deals at the store Best Buy (which can be found all over the United States of America, and in other countries too such as: China, Canada, Mexico, Turkey and Puerto Rico).

So now let’s discuss more about a model of Apple laptop from the Best Buy store, and we’ll choose the Apple ® – MacBook ® Air with 13.3″ Display – Aluminum, Model: MC 234 LL/A | SKU: 9391384. It is known that the Apple laptops are really good, but also really expensive, so this one has a price of 1,799 dollars. This is a big price for a regular laptop, but this is almost a netbook, because it has a display screen of just 13.3 inch (a widescreen LED backlit display with a resolution of 1280 x 800). But since the display screen is small, it means that the overall laptop is really small and light. It has just 0.8 inch thin and weighs just 3 lbs. So it is highly portable and can be taken anywhere you are going…but for a really big price.
For a laptop that costs more than 1,500 dollars it doesn’t even have very powerful features (processor, RAM memory etc.). But this is because it is a really slim laptop, and so far it isn’t possible to have such a small notebook with really powerful features (for example a 500 GB hard drive or an Intel Core i7 processor). But the technology will definitely evolve, and in a few years we will probably see a laptop that is both very thin and also very powerful. Speaking of hard drive, this laptop has a 128 GB solid state drive. Its processor is an Intel Core 2 Duo with 1066 Mhz frontside bus, 6 MB shared L 2 cache and 2.13 Ghz processor speed. The RAM memory is quite ok too, and offers 2 GB of DDR 3 SDRAM. So it may not be the most powerful laptop on the market, but it is definitely a good one…and also a very small and thin one.

And it is know that the Apple laptops (that run with a Mac OS X operating system) work really good, even though they are not as powerful as other laptops that have a Windows operating system. Since it is such a thin and light notebook, this Apple MacBook Air doesn’t have an optical drive. But you can connect an external optical drive to it, or you can use its USB port to copy information. The graphics engine is a NVIDIA GeForce 9400M graphics with up to 256 MB DDR3 SDRAM shared video memory and support for DVI, VGA, composite and dual-link DVI. Since you can take this small notebook almost anywhere, you should also benefit from the advantage of the wireless internet. So this model has a Built-in AirPort Extreme wireless network connection (802.11 n) for easy wireless connectivity. And it even features a built in webcam, a microphone and a mono speaker, so that you can video chat with friends and family on the internet. Its track pad is quite complex, and has features like: 2-finger scrolling, pinch, rotate, swipe, tap, double-tap and drag capabilities. And finally this laptop is Energy Star qualified and comes with an installed version of the Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard along with other Apple software.
