Best Home Laptop

Sony Vaio F is the first Vaio laptop which actually is not Vaio. We have in front of our eyes such an approach of the guys from Sony with simple lines; too simple with massive shapes. We would prefer an approach of the old Vaio style which is more business but here they wanted a glamorous shiny design which to inspire multimedia so it can be used as a home entertainment laptop. The body and the screen are like two pieces of black massive and thick marble placed one on another. You realize that it is a massive laptop with a weight and sizes that don’t make it the best partner when you’re on the move. We don’t even think it is safe to walk with a $2300 laptop in the metro stations.

Besides the shiny plastic which is the best friend of fingerprints and the brutal shape, there is nothing else wrong. The same Sony quality at the finishing chapter and the used materials; the same robustness of the construction and the same beauty in matter of connectors, buttons and LEDs.

Sony Vaio F has on the left side the power jack along with a generous cooling slot near to a VGA port, a HDMI port and two USB 3.0 slots. In front it has an iLink S400 port next to a switch to activate or deactivate WiFi and the dual slot for MsDuo and SD memory cards. The audio jack is placed on the right side of the notebook next to an USB port and the Blu-Ray unit.

Sony Vaio F 3D is definitely a desktop laptop which you won’t be carrying outside too much because it is heavy and massive so it’s perfect for using indoors for watching HD Movies or playing 3D games and these are the characteristics that make it one of the best laptop for home use.

Besides the full support for multimedia entertainment, it can also be a great tool for the Office work or other applications which are using the hardware resources at maximum: the photo and video editing, graphics editing, programming, so you know what we mean. In any program used it worked perfectly without any jams or cracks. It has a super configuration and you can see it from its behavior
