Since the price range is so small the laptop that stands at the top of this sum of money had to be small too. Here is HP Mini 311, a small but powerful notebook.
Given the fact that the earlier Mini series designs were good, not too many changes as far as aesthetics are concerned. Mini 311 embodies an acceptable build quality at a quite low price. It has a clean look and the texture on the lid is not there only for design’s sake but it also provides protection from scratches.
The screen is glossy and the colors are acceptable though they could have been more vivid and deep. The viewing angles are good and since I don’t think anyone will use it for graphic design, I can say that it does its job.

For its size, the speakers are very good providing a very good volume with minimal distortion. Of course, with its built-in speaker, it lacks the bass. The keyboard feels very nice and has a very generous space allocated. Almost all of the keys have normal dimensions which makes using the keyboard a very pleasant experience despite the overall size of the device.
When it comes to ports this notebook offers more than the average device. That’s a plus, making it somewhat even more portable.

The graphic hardware allows you to play HD files without any problems (thumbs up for that!) as well as some basic gaming. The video playback won’t rise any issues at all which is a big plus in comparison with other notebooks. Mini 311 behaves very well with games, a thing that most of the notebooks fail to do.
All in all it’s a great notebook for a very low price. Almost everything with this one is better than the competition’s. A very good choice if you are looking for a fast, reliable and solid notebook. The Hp products tend to be better and better. So you might want to keep an eye for them.11
