Best 13 Inch Laptop

The Asus F6 is a portable 13.3-inch screen, rather well endowed laptop. It has an Intel Core 2 Duo processor, 4 GB of DRAM, a generous 320 GB SATA hard drive and a webcam. As it can be seen in the image, F6 offers 4 colors metaphoric named Floral Blossom, Musky Black, Morning Dew and Aqua Ocean. For those who put high value on privacy, Asus F6 comes with a fingerprint scanner, so you can keep all your documents only for yourself.

If I mention the fact that each version exudes a certain smell, it is certain that we are talking about a rather unusual laptop that, surprisingly had a great impact on the market despite its aspect and features. The latest ultraportable from Dell, the Inspiron XPS M1330 laptop, continues to make great noise in specialized editorial sites. No one knows how they did it, but  apparently  the XPS M1330 laptop is a very successful. We are talking about an ultraportable system that weights 1.8 kg (with a battery made of 4 items) or 2.1 kg (with a battery made of 8 items), but still manage to provide a very solid technical performances which add a significant plus to this product.

The M1330 includes processors from Core 2 Duo T7300 at 2GHz, 2 to 4 GB of RAM memory and a 160GB SATA hard drive. If you are a picky customer you can opt for an aditional 32GB SSD, a super-fast WiFi adapter, a webcam and  HDMI output for high definition TVs. The screen is a fairly classic 13.1 ” display with a recommended resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. The special technical equipment remains the video card, which is a NVIDIA GeForce Go 8400M GS that even if equipped with “only” 128 MB RAM.

With this graphic card this laptop proves no match for other laptops at the same weight category and price. The only better-equipped laptops if we talk about graphics are alternatives to the desktop with screens 17 “and weighs close to 4 kg or more. If we talk about the “non-technical” aspects, I noticed the excellent design that reminds us of the more expensive Sony Vaio series.

The ultraportable XPS M1330 is very reliable and efficient, which, in terms of performance it is very close to the power of desktop PCs . The 8 elements battery lasts over 3 hours in case of a DVD movie and about 5 hours in the office work regime. If any additions were necessary, the keypad is described as “superb”, similar to a ThinkPad. After such compliments, it is no wonder that the M1330 is briefly described as “a monumental step forward” and is, without any doubt one of the best 13 inch laptops. As a disclaimer, I must add that this laptop is recommended for virtually anything but small budgets.
